Providence Holistic Counseling Services in Cumberland, RI opens new office this week! I am so excited to open an office here at The Providence Zen Center in Cumberland, RI. I now have an office in Providence and Cumberland to practice Holistic Counseling Services.

The Providence Zen Center has a beautiful and peaceful property with plenty of room to enjoy the environment. The Dharma Room where daily meditation and chanting practice is held is quiet, still and a focused space for personal and spiritual development. It is available for the public throughout the day and the community is invited to join in morning and evening practice for free.

Providence Zen Center Meditation Classes

“Weekly Meditation Classes are always free but a suggested donation of $5 helps us keep these programs running. If you are interested in learning about zen meditation, the best way to start is to attend a walk-in meditation instruction class at the zen center. By attending the class you will learn about what zen teaching is and the meditation techniques that we use here, as well as a general introduction to the zen center. No registration is required, please see the schedule below.”
