Be on time and ready for our sessions.
Trust I am working in your best interest.
Consent is essential. Let me know if I am crossing a boundary.
Create a space conducive to focus and presence during sessions.
Tell me when you feel what I am doing is not helpful or productive.
Be willing to step outside your comfort zone.
Commit to our work, including all “homework assignments” to the best of your ability.
Make payment either during booking or immediately after we complete our session.
Inform me if $$$ is making our work together prohibitive.
Let’s not let money be an obstacle between us!
When it is time for us to say goodbye, we say goodbye.

Be present, focused, and engaged in our sessions.
Respect you, your boundaries, and your safety before anything else.
Trust you are trying to be honest with me and doing your best.
Inform you when you are fooling yourself and full of it.
Stay willing to be with you, your trauma, pain, and fear.
Committed to your well-being and what it may take to get there.
Share my experiences, wisdom, and insights, even if you refuse to listen.
Let you know if what I am doing is ineffective and find someone who will be.
Work in integrity, honesty, and respect for you, me, and our relationship.
Listen when you inform me of what is not working or effective in my intervention(s).
